Hello everyone(“Wait that’s my line” – Codename), Zbot here, with the excitement of the first Portal 2 DLC “Peer Review” dying down. I thought that I would give y’all an update on some of the other wonderful things that are going to be taking place in coming weeks and months. First off, I will give you the good news about some things that are going on with ASEMBLE, and then of course we have the biggest thing, but I will save that for last.

First things first, Episode 5 of ASEMBLE is coming very soon. To give you a general time frame we are looking at recording within the next week from our secret underground lair in the mid-west of the United States. And then the week after next the episode should be up for all to enjoy. We do not have a guest host picked out yet, but we do have some prospects, but if anyone is interested they can send us an email at asemblethepodkast@gmail.com and if they impress us with their knowledge of science, most notably of the Aperture brand, they might have the chance to appear on an episode of ASEMBLE. However, we do have a map ready and picked out and we are excited to have the opportunity to bring it out to all of you. The video for it should be coming out within the next couple of days on ASEMBLE’s YouTube page here. So be sure to head on over there and subscribe.

Also, at the time of this writing we have 136 members in the Steam group, we are looking to grow this number so go join up here. Remember that we are hoping to do something extra, extra special when we hit the 500 members mark, so be sure to invite all of your friends.

In Aperture Science News, Cave Johnson woke up just recently and was swearing at all the scientists for approximately 2 hours for not figuring out a way to wake him up earlier, so everything was back to normal for a little while. Then he started to feel faint and fell back into a coma and we haven’t heard anything since.

Now for the biggest news of all, we have official confirmation of the next Portal 2 DLC here. Joystiq.com has the official press release from Valve on the newest of the second Portal 2 DLC. We here are ASEMBLE are very excited to hear about this new DLC and of course seeing those new shiny map making tools has got us drooling for more. Expect more on the confirmed features on ASEMBLE Episode 5, which as I said earlier is coming in the next two weeks. Aperture Time, Not Valve Time*. Which we assure you is not Valve time, nor does it have any resemblance to Valve time in any way shape or form.

*Valve Time is a registered trademark of Valve Software Corp. and their time field in no way has affected Aperture Science excepting matters of cooperation between two said companies, i.e. DLC etc, etc.

EDIT: After I finished looking writing this I saw one of the coolest videos I have ever seen, something we definitely want to mention on the upcoming episode, but I want to mention it here, call it a sneak peak.
