We’ve been waiting for a few things this year. The Meet the Pyro Video, The “big thing” for 2012 and of course all these hints at Man V Machine. Not to mention the fact that update 300 is fast approaching. So most people are siving through all of the update for anything out of the ordinary to try and get any info before anybody else. I call it tin foil hat behavior.
However, yesterdays update has made me want to go get a new roll of tin foil. 7 new items were added to the game, none of which were documented and none of which are currently obtainable. Sees normal practice. That is until you read the discriptions for each of them.
Now I don’t know about you, but that is kinda mysterious.
Edit: as has been pointed out these items are droppable. If you play right now, you might even get a few. Also these items are crafting ingredients. Think of them like scrap. You can’t equip them, but you can use them…..if only we knew how.
Edit2: It looks like the bananas are there to be crafted together to generate an error code which then needs to go into the giant SPUF database to contribute to solving the ARG images.
